On October 30th, 2023, the Joint Committee on Education held a hybrid hearing on the rural schools bill.

In-person testimony in support of the rural schools bill begins at 1:35:30. Remote testimony begins at 2:39:00. Testimony for unrelated bills occurs between each of those groups who spoke about the needs of rural schools.
